The birth story includes images idealy captured for some time during labor, during delivery, and up to two hours after delivery. Every labor and delivery is unique, therefore every birth story may be captured differently.

Fresh 48’s are done in the first 48 hours of life, before you are discharged from the hospital, if you are having a hospital birth. The are documentary in style with minimal posing. The session includes images of baby as well as family images. Breastfeeding and skin to skin shots are available upon request. Breaks during the session can be built in as needed for feeding.
